LeaseChargeCheck was built to help UK motorists make sense of lease and PCH return charges — an area that's often confusing, comes with little explanation, and arrives after you've already handed the car back.
Why we built this
Lease return invoices can be hard to make sense of: a total figure, a handful of line items, and not much else. We wanted to build a simple tool that helps drivers break that figure down, understand roughly what kind of charges they're looking at, and know what evidence is worth gathering before they decide how to respond.
What we are — and aren't
LeaseChargeCheck is an independent evidence-and-decision-support service. We are:
- Independent of any leasing company, and not paid by leasing companies to represent them
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the BVRLA, a regulator or an ombudsman
- Not a claims management company, and we don't promise to get charges reduced or cancelled
- Not a source of legal or financial advice
